I’m starting to talk a lot about Intuitive Eating. But I haven’t yet taken the time to really break down what it’s all about! Intuitive Eating is a great way to reconnect with our hunger and fullness cues, to figure out what truly satisfies us and to finally make peace with food and our bodies.
So, with the help of Curious Katie, I’ll be beginning a 10-part video series on the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating. Hopefully by the end of it you’ll have a better understand of what it’s all about, why it’s a valuable approach for so many of us and how to incorporate its principles into your daily life so you too can find peace with food and your body.
